We've had the privilege of roasting and serving coffee for people of all walks of life since 2004, and back then the coffee industry didn't necessarily receive such an interest from the public compared to today. We've entered the Third Wave of Coffee where most coffee drinkers no longer settle for the frowned upon Instant Coffee, or  have interest in a "Non-Fat Frappuccino With Extra Whipped Cream And Chocolate Sauce." 

 

What we see today is a coffee consumer much more interested in the origin of the bean and how to identify various flavour notes (we've written a piece about coffee farmers over on the blog). We've all become quality coffee graders with our own idea of what good coffee should taste like. On the other side of the spectrum we also see an exponential growth in brewing methods and equipment; from Gooseneck kettles to Bluetooth scales it is no secret that coffee is showing great innovation and creativity.

Thus, in an attempt to bridge the cap between coffee consumer and producer we're launching the Snobs Coffee Membership January of 2020.

The membership is designed on a month to month based which you can pause and continue to your liking.
